Bim&Beyond

The short version: Rotterdams. The longer version: Bim&Beyond is a Rotterdam-based firm, founded in 2014, that is part of Kraaijvanger Architects. Brothers Evert and Herman Kraaijvanger founded Kraaijvanger Architects in 1927. In a carpenter's workshop with an incredible eye for detail and materials. During the reconstruction the firm grew rapidly and today Kraaijvanger is a group of three independent companies: Kraaijvanger Architects, Bim&Beyond and Plotvis visualizations.

We are all B Corps. These are companies that meet the highest social and environmental standards for people and planet. Companies that arrange their profit motive to the collective interest of society. And we still do it with the same mentality: unbridled dreaming and then making it achievable. That is our DNA.

Where different disciplines in the building process often do not understand each other, we feel at home on the interface between architecture and building, theory and practice, thinking and doing.
