Stadskantoor Leidschendam-Voorburg

The existing municipal office of the Municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg at Koningin Wilhelminalaan 2 has been renovated and expanded, with a focus on making the existing building Breem-NL Good) more sustainable, preserving the garden as much as possible and, where possible, using the roofs as a fifth facade with greenery and water collection. In terms of architectural elaboration and materialization is in line with the special brick architecture of Leidschendam-Voorburg. The brick facade has natural stone details, as can also be found inside in floors and finishes of the existing building section. Bim&Beyond took care of the execution-ready design.
