In this position you find yourself on the challenging transition between architecture and realization. You are also an important pivot between Bim&Beyond and our clients and partners. All disciplines come together here. This means that you work with architects, contractors, suppliers and construction engineers on a daily basis. You work out building plans from the architect or builder. You solve construction engineering problems and provide internal and external leadership for our projects. You have a good relationship with the client, you ensure a satisfied customer and work within budget. In case of (commercial) deviations you independently make appointments with the client. Together we work every day with a great team on varied and exciting projects. Your goal: a satisfied client who wants to do another project with us and a financially healthy project for Bim&Beyond.

Let me introduce ourselves: we are bimmers with a sketching role. We are not line-drivers. We are Rotterdammers. We collaborate and draw everything out. We communicate, verify and coordinate. And all in a BIM model in which all solutions and agreements are integrally recorded. In 2014 we started supporting designers, builders and owners of buildings. But our roots go back to 1927, the founding year of Kraaijvanger Architects of which we are a part.

We work in a very diverse team of 16 people. Extraverted and introverted, Dutch and international. Big chance you'll fit in. We work for many different clients. Projects come in all shapes and sizes but are never a dime a dozen. We are still learning every day. From each other and from innovations in construction.
